Coaching/mentoring services: Phase II, Business plan development

The successful process of development of the business ideas into business plans has continued in the second phase by ZBK Kreacija Skopje in the temporary leased premises of Start up Accelerator.

Achieved results:

  • 21 Business Concepts developed and presented on the Demo Day, held on 09.04.2019. The process started with the introduction of the Business plan in the premises of the Business Hub
  • 22 candidates with 11 Business Concepts were actively coached and mentored during the period April-June starting as two groups and further individual sessions.
  • 11 Business plans developed, out of 13 started Business plan

Implemented activities:

  • 2 (two) Group meetings as introduction, 5 teams with 3-4 members and 5 individuals
  • 130 hours coaching mentoring sessions organized
  • 1 meeting for presentation and communications skills organized

Outputs:

  • Handbook for development of Business ideas and Template for Business plan
  • Lists of two groups of candidates 11 teams and 23 candidates
  • 11 business plans developed and described
  • 11 power point presentations prepared
  • Final report about delivered services in phase II
  • Participation on the final event for presentation of 7 teams
